Varietal composition: Agiorgitiko - Syrah
Winemaking: Produced in selected vineyards from immature vintage of very low acreage yield applying winemaking practices of Burgundy. Aging in French oak barrels 25-30 months. It is not filtered, it is not stabilized.
Tasting characteristics: Two 'divine' varieties, SYRAH and Agiorgitiko, participate in this Bled international reference. Deep seductive purple solid color. His provocative nose envelops you in aromas of red black fruits, dried raisins, black plum, sour cherry, eucalyptus, ink and clove. The concentrated and velvety body ties in with the lacy tannins and moderate acidity. Bitter chocolate, skin, green pepper and ink compose its delicious palette that is completed with a long enjoyable aftertaste. It can be aged for a long time.
Serving Harmony: Combines with braised, red meats, BBQ, cold cuts, spicy, yellow cheeses, beef steaks, braised lamb, stew.
Served at 16-18 C.
